Canapés

There is a huge range of possibilities when it comes to canapés. At Hyndberry we concentrate on tasty little bite-sized morsels and freshly made bases (eg, crostini, biscuits, oatcakes, tartlets cases) with delicious toppings and fillings. The other proviso is that they are easy to pick up and eat without bits falling down your front - essential when you have a drink in the other hand!

On the following pages are some of the many canapés we can offer both savoury and sweet. But as always, we are happy to comply with your own ideas. Most can be served warm or cold.

At an early evening reception, many people now prefer a soft drink rather than wine, especially when they're driving home later. We offer a selection of interesting soft drinks as alternatives to the usual orange juice.
