The company aims to offer delicious high quality fresh food that our customers love and trust, to give excellent service and to respond to our customers' feedback.

One of the guiding principles of the business is to use fresh, local and seasonal produce and to uphold the Slow Food principles of "Good, Clean, Fair" food. In a nutshell, this means celebrating, enjoying and promoting food that tastes good (food that is in season), food whose production does not harm the environment, animal welfare or human health and whose producers receive a fair remuneration for their product. Where possible we use organic produce. However, we prefer to use local non-organic but responsibly produced ingredients rather than organic food that has been transported long distances.
