The annual Sports Night for Hibbert and Barrie was held in the Grange Club in Edinburgh and we laid on a traditional barbeque with all the trimmings. Apart from the wind almost blowing the food away, everyone enjoyed the event and the sun shone.

The launch of Creative Scotland took place at the Roxy Art House in Edinburgh at the end of July. We provided suitably Scottish themed refreshments with strawberry shortcakes using the finest fruit from Craigies at South Queensferry.

We served an organic three-course dinner to the Director and supporters of the Soil Association. Lamb from Whitmuir The Organic Place was the heart of the main course.

And we have thoroughly enjoyed catering for many other very special private occasions, from a Diamond Wedding lunch for 80 guests in Northumberland to a small family party celebrating the arrival of long-lost relatives from Canada.
