Fabulous dishes from the late winter harvest! 

Last month we did a cooking demonstration with tastings at New Hopetoun Gardens near South Queensferry. The theme was how to make the most of the last of the winter vegetable harvest. The event was filmed by BBC Scotland for a feature on growing your own vegetables, harvesting the vegetables after you have lovingly cared for them all season and how to get the most enjoyment out of cooking and eating them.
