We are enjoying our second summer at Hyndberry and it has been a busy one! There have been lots of interesting events to cater for, each one unique!
At the end of June, we provided a cold buffet for 220 guests at the most beautiful wedding in East Lothian. The marquee was in the bride and groom's stunning garden full of roses and summer flowers. The sun shone and it was a very happy day for everyone!
The Cramond Boat Club celebrated their 75th Anniversary with a three-course dinner cooked by Hyndberry and served in the clubhouse on the banks of the River Almond.
At the start of the World Cup we catered for a party hosted by Arthur McKay & Co in Glasgow. Apart from watching the football, the guests enjoyed an appropriately spiced-up finger buffet and cupcakes iced with the South African and Mexican flags!!
