Having eaten regularly at Marynka I was keen to use the services of Hyndberry to get the same quality of food served in my own home. The ideal opportunity arose when planning a cold buffet lunch for 25. Hyndberry arrived with a selection of dishes including marinated pork, chicken with lemon and thyme dressing, and baked salmon to name but a few - all beautifully presented on serving dishes ready to place on the table. The meal was superb, each dish not only excellent on its own but complimented by the flavours of the other dishes. My guests were all extremely complimentary (as they noted down Hyndberry's name and number) and I was able to relax and enjoy the lunch with my guests without the stresses of doing all the preparation myself. An excellent day was had by all!
