Catriona was so flexible, allowing us to pick a time (whilst the children were at school!) and to make suggestions for our menu. She took our ideas and worked them into the dishes. Cooking with Catriona was so easy. We asked questions freely without feeling inhibited by a large group. She answered them and threw in cooking tips. She demonstrated techniques, gave us tasks to do and let us get on with them. By the end of the three hours we had made three dishes.
