All of our catering can be prepared to meet the needs of any special diet - eg. gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, low sugar, low fat, etc.
If you are organising an event where some of the guests have particular allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements, the menu can be planned to take these into account. This way everyone has the same delicious food and nobody feels uncomfortable asking for something different.
Our food is all made to order from scratch so no unwanted ingredients can get into it.
With a good understanding of the issues around food allergies/intolerances and many years' experience of devising or adapting recipes it is always a welcome challenge to cater for special diets. Allergen information is provided with all our food.
Cookery lessons covering gluten-free, dairy-free and other special diets, or excluding particular allergens, are also available.
